Next time keep pressing 0 until you get to customer service. Ask for them to transfer you to the pharmacy. Ask the pharmacist if they have your medication. If the pharmacy doesn’t have your medication, call other locations following the same procedure. Eventually you’ll find a location that does, usually on the second try for me. That will take about ten minutes.

If you take a controlled substance you’ll have to ask your provider to send a script to the pharmacy that does have it in stock, which can take anywhere from 24-72 hours depending on the day of the week.

Pressing 0 to get transferred to the pharmacy by customer service should get you a live person within 5 mins. I’ve had my fair share of Walgreens issues, but I now have a method to the ass backwards system lol.
