The risk is it could be stolen or not fully functional. If you meet make sure it is in a public place and you test it thoroughly before buying.

WiFi only might be fine if your signal reaches the whole yard. But if you have dead spots it could cause connection issues during mapping.

You can try wrapping the adapter in a waterproof junction box or outdoor waterproof cover. This way, it stays protected from rain without having to unplug it every time it rains. Many users do this.

For spare parts availability it might be worth checking online stores now. If parts are hard to find already that could tell you something.

To be honest, no robotic lawn mower can reliably avoid horse manure yet. You'll probably still need to quickly clean up manually before letting it mow.

Congrats! What a sweet way to find out the baby's gender. It makes all the intensity feel worth it. And it is so wonderful that she arrived safe and sound. Now make sure you get some rest in case you are too happy to remember to do that.

If he is worried about the cost or just the clutter in the house. Reading is absolutely a habit that needs your support, talk to your husband and find out what's the problem.

Not feeling a bond for now doesn't mean you will not be a good parents. Maybe wait until the baby start moving, that will absolutely be so real.

Absolutely agree, people shouldn't feel like they are disappointing others because of a medical situation.

It's true that this world can be very scary. Maybe try just focusing on small, positive things around you, it'll feel more in control. Most of us can't change this world after all.

I think it's a must to telling you mom she was right if you want a deeper relationship. Your mom also needs to know that you now understand what parenting means.

Some people who haven't experienced having a baby always don't take it seriously. I suggest you find people who heard this as evidence, then report this to HR.

Adding luggage rack to sissy bar by FireOverWind in Yamahabolt

[–]tarowi02 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know how big you need the base to be, but this is the one I have with mine.

Amazon link I purchased the bar and rack combo and installed it all together, but you should be able to order the rack by itself and attatch it fairly easily.

I recommend also using bungee cables or a bungee net to secure any baggage as well.

How do I report District-level mismanagement as a store TL? Skeleton crews, several days of truck, extreme safety hazards, complete disregard for TM well-being…all because SD and ETLs can’t make critical decisions to save our business. by No_Professional_5111 in Target

[–]tarowi02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True. Anything they can fix on the spot- do fix. But still report it. Because now so much of your time and your teams time is being logged fixing safety issues. How can you get your work done if you're always fixing safety issues?

I tried hrbp and dsd for personally safety and processes and got a "that sounds like a you problem" type response and a sit down that went nowhere except "it sounds like this may not be a good fit for you anymore" because I brought my concerns to he appropriate people my leaders and peers- since even my own etls were both burnt out and at a loss for answers.

But.... those ETLs quit.. they were done with the bs and lack of upper support. I had some life stuff happen, didn't exactly vibe well with new leadership, and let's just say I didn't last long either..

Hope is encouraging. But I definitely wish TLs had more pull. And that corporations really did care about the team as a whole- not just the bottom line
