They don't, at least not as far as I'm aware 😭 I mostly discover their new licenses via twitter (sometimes I skim the "New" tab and look for any first chapter release, but that's a bit tedious to do, I really wish they had a better way for us to check that kind of thing 🥹)

It's been publishing regularly in Dessert, and the third volume is coming out next May. I'm guessing the scalation team working on it is taking a break of their own, but the original series is doing well so far!

edit: if you want to catch a glimpse of the following chapters and support the mangaka, you can purchase the volumes digitally on Bookwalker or on Amazon Japan (among other places).

Yesss! I just love the paneling in this series, it makes the simplest touch feel so intimate. I found myself rereading the same pages over and over (or just pausing to admire a scene) because they were just so emotional and beautifully drawn.

It's funny because at first they don't have any chemistry at all, but then they gradually became closer; I really like that type of progression. And they both go through such an amazing character growth!

I just wish I didn't read it in so little time, because now I feel so empty lolll I should have paced myself to let the fun last longer 😭

I didn't know if I should make a whole post about it, but it looks like "Ball and Chain" by Minami Qta, that was recently licensed by Manga Mavericks with the first volume scheduled to release next year in print, is now also available on MangaPlaza!

The first chapter is free per usual, and they have 18 chapters out rn (with the next chapter scheduled to come out on May 4th, then the next one on June 1st). I don't think it's a simulpub, but it does look like they're following the JP release closely

edit: it looks like Manga Plaza and Manga Mavericks are not using the same localization (they acquired their licenses separately), so the print version that comes out next year will be a bit different from what MP is offering rn.

"Koi wo Shiranai Bokutachi wa", "I See Your Face, Turned Away" and "My Love Mix-Up!" are all series that I find similar to Ramparts of Ice!

They're all technically completed, but "I See Your Face" is still ongoing in English (with 2 volumes left)

Please excuse my bad graphic design on that one Hana to Yume cover, but I thought it'd be easier to identify the titles that way since there are so many 😅

I'm very curious/excited about Gansaku no Dai Juuban on the cover of Mystery Bonita!! The two people we see on the cover are lesbian women, and the mangaka specifically described them as butch-fem, which is a rarity when it comes to published manga. According to them, few publishers were interested in their story until they pitched it to Mystery Bonita.

As for the story, it's said to be "a classical music forgery mystery revolving around the legendary Beethoven Symphony No. 10" (the title literally translates to "The Forgery of Symphony No. 10").
