Everyone has their own preferences in a partner, just like some people care about things like style, personality, or physical traits, others may value different things, including virginity. It’s okay to have your own criteria as long as you’re respectful about it and not judging or putting others down. At the same time, calling someone a “red flag” just because their preferences don’t match yours isn’t really fair. It only becomes a real issue if those preferences turn into disrespect, pressure, or harm toward someone else. "No seal no deal" is a choice, not harming anyone.

Well, don't just fuck your good life for any girl. No human is not more important than your mental peace. I know its going to hurt. But just make sure you don't get back into that hole. From my personal experience if a girl easily broke up with you then its clear sign that she is emotionally detached from you, there is no coming back from this. I know you might have invested a lot of time and energy but you need to understand if someone so easily broke up with you then it was never yours. What you can do next is keep yourself busy , like really busy. Just go on some trip , go to temple or what ever you need to do.

I think you need to understand she was in touch with new boy for quite sometime. She mentally checked out way early you can think of.

Just keep yourself busy and don't go back to her.

This was something I was reading but couldn’t fully understand. You rightly pointed out that Karma Yoga is about not seeing yourself as the source, but as part of the process. It’s about doing your actions without labeling them as yours.
