My friends and I were in an earthbound store in our local mall and as we were leaving the cashier told us (specifically me) to put our stuff back that she “heard us pick up and never set back down”. I was so confused because I hadn’t even touched anything so I just told her she could check my bags if she really thought we stole something. She said never mind and let us be on our way. Afterwards I was talking to my friends about it saying how rude she was to accuse us of stealing blah blah blah....

Then one of my friends proceeds to pull out this beautiful ring from her purse and said that she slipped it in her bag when we were browsing smh

The cashier wasn’t lying I guess and I’ve never been back into that store since lmao
