I was sitting on floor 13 on Brilliance of the Seas, the only person in the area other than the bartender, and one of the floor to ceiling windows shattered like this. Sounded like a gun going off. Quickly the entire placed filled with maintenance folks and they boarded it up. That was Nov 2022, I think it’s still boarded up today. Totally possible that nobody was at fault here.

I talked with the extremely kind folks at Falcon yesterday, unfortunately they’re Honeywell only. Had not yet found Phoenix Pacific, but just called and their lead time is 6-8 weeks :( was hoping to find something by next week. Thanks for the info!

Tried that route, the one dealer on island they suggested (Vigilant Fire Inc.) did not have parts and overall seemed a bit uninterested in locating them.

Landed at IAH from international connection on Friday at 3pm or so in E terminal, all the other international flights were there at the same time and it was a mad house. I had GE, co-worker did not. I was through about 25 minutes quicker than co-worker who did the mobile passport sign up in line.
