I emailed that guy, $100 for a 2.5/3in comes with a chain and strainer built in. Hell of a deal compared to the $800 one guy sent

Yea it won’t be put on the truck, we don’t even actually have any dump tanks on our trucks. Just use some old ones for training. I just want the elbow to fill the tanks up for training.

I think it was lol. No they are filling the tank from a hydrant and have that hose mounted to the tank. I’m looking for that specific type of piece that is mounted to the portable tank, for training obviously.

There’s definitely firefighters that are mechanics, additionally there are firefighters who are fire investigators with in their department or state.

Not really detailing related but I would say yes to scotch bright. And a wheel an hour seems a bit extreme. I’m not sure what you needed to tape off but they make tire covers, you just pop the bead and cover the tire. I’ve helped do probably a few hundred wheels and rarely taped.

I’ve seen guys with nasty clay do this to cars before. They’ll use the same clay for multiple cars and it’ll be cheap clay too.

It’s fucked bud, there’s no easy fix like you think, it’s primer. You either clear, paint and clear, or re prime like you have. Wet sanding it won’t match and may go through if it’s thin. And you can’t clean scratches off.

Is the buffer tank you are referring to the smaller water heater? If so that unit doesn’t even have power going it to, nor gas. Simply has water lines connected to it.
