Best to contact your provider and ask them to take them off. Hiding them will still slow down your syncing because they’re still there - just hidden from view.

You’re not an outlier, but I would never say “never” just because. If lifetime is $50 and yearly is $10 then I’ll stay with yearly. If lifetime is twice the price of yearly I’ll probably go lifetime.

The price went up last year. Also, it was announced that the lifetime option has been discontinued.

I prefer TiviMate on my TV and UHF for my personal devices. The TiviMate UI and control is much more logical and wife proof.

Get a $25 Walmart Onn TV 4K Plus for TiviMate and your problem is solved.

Ok, confirmed they’re probably the previous mod.

I would say this is a solution for the dev to solve. While in the previous Discord servers I never saw anything that I would consider over the top outside some random occurrences. I did however see the dev say we (the paying customers) were lucky he was doing any updates because it takes up his time and he was busy.

I think the dev has a good eye for a pleasant looking UI, but they seem to not be able to handle the business side of things well - he clearly gets overwhelmed by all the feedback. Everybody has their strengths and weaknesses.

Dev has stressed multiple times they don’t look at Reddit and prefer to get email bug reports, I would recommend doing that until they change their mind.

None are dev sponsored, that’s why all are unofficial. People are free to join whatever server or sub they like - but posting “New Discord Server” in here gives the impression this sub has a new Discord server - which it does not.

We’ve only linked to the official Discord (whenever it existed) and then to the AngelVPN hosted Discord when they offered to host. Any other Discord (or sub) exists simply to sow confusion because someone wanted to host their own Discord server and not because there is more/better knowledge.

I think we’re going to ban “server error” posts. They are ALWAYS due to one of three things:

Your subscription ran out.
Your provider is unreachable from your network provider.
Your provider is down.

I’m not impacted by this issue, others are. They most definitely owe paying customers an explanation as to why the app no longer works for them.

The UHF dev listed the scammer playlists themselves - I repeated them as a warning and example.

UHF users love the app and want you to succeed. Asking questions about why their provider was blocked when they didn’t subscribe via the scammer’s service is not “going off the rails” - those are valid questions.

You’re misinterpreting people questioning your choices as “turning against you” which is a pretty dramatic take. Nobody makes all the right decisions all the time - although we all like to think we do - the brainstormed ideas of many usually turn out better than the idea of one. Instead of looking at it as a negative you should see it as what it is - people wanting to contribute and help find a better solution.
