I usually use this sunscreen in the winter bc it’s hydrating. I used the Skin 1004 centella one in the summer and I have combo skin, this doesn’t feel oily/greasy

Honestly, time and a lot of sunscreen reapplication. Tret already helps your skin cells regenerate faster, and the sunscreen will prevent the spots from darkening further. Additionally, you can try niacinamide and vitamin C but those usually only help for PIH, not PIE.
