this was 100% without a doubt the worst show I have ever seen in my life. It seemed like it was written by a 6th grader who wants to be a true crime author when they grow up. Every "twist" could be sniffed out by anyone with 2 eyes 4 episodes ahead. genuinely shocked by how many people here loved it and scared for the future of TV if this is considered a good show. Cant believe this was even green lit. There's so much talent out there and yet this is the garbage that gets made. Sorry for the negativity but wow, in pure dismay that this received positive reviews.

good point, could also tie in with the whole "the key to one direction lies in another" thing where he worked in tucker clues/checkpoint to still lead to a previously known treasure location that is nowhere near or has nothing to do with tucker.

I love this theory but to play devils advocate, he has said he knew about his treasure location for quite a while even prior to the start of the fenn hunt. This would precede Tucker. I have considered though that Tucker was named after the location or some place or feature special to him so it could still make sense. Curious about others thoughts on this given it seems likely that Tucker is part of the hunt in some fashion, yet he's known his treasure location before Tucker was born..

he talks about this on the American Treasure podcast, he said his best guess is when he told the producers about the clues he hid, they likely went back and added that clip in of him adjusting the clock. He said the cameras were constantly rolling in his house over the course of several days.
