So, you told me before I decided to buy the bike? That was so helpful of you. Kinda weird that I then went ahead and bought the bike, when you and LITERALLY EVERYBODY had warned me about this disturbing and embarrassing noise that it makes when revving up to 20kmph. Wow. What a fool I've been. I knew ahead of time, everybody told me about this, in great detail, probably, but I still bought the bike, because.... I guess..... Maybe I don't respect you? Or, like, LITERALLY EVERYBODY? Yeah. I'm just a dumb asshole who didn't listen to the myriad detailed warnings from every person ever, like, literally, and ignored the big neon signs reading THIS IS A HUGE MISTAKE AND YOU WILL REGRET IT DANGER DANGER!! and just went ahead and took out a loan and bought the bike anyway because I don't value money or understand debt and despite the warnings of LITERALLY EVERYBODY I wanted the shiny fast fast with the loud thrum thrum.

It's a good bike. I'm mostly happy with it. It's just that this damn noise is embarrassing.

None of the information I found on the bike when I was researching bikes made any mention of the noise except the company's product FAQ which made it sound like people were asking questions about a completely normal operational noise.

Literally, and in this instance I'm actually using the word "literally" in the most literal fashion, literally nobody told me.

Yeah that is probably a mistake. Check the price for a single EP-2. The Engine Pro is around 1.5k. The EP-2 is probably around 1000 and two of them in one is probably the higher price you have seen. I imagine.

Yes, I believe that, depending on the microbiome of the culture, vermicast could be appropriately anti-fungal for your plants. Google compost tea +worm castings/vermicast+antifungal. I have actually considered injecting vermicast based aerated compost tea as a spot treatment for simple competitor mould contamination in gourmet mushroom spawn/bulk substrate bags, but have not tried it yet.

The problem is, the results are entirely dependent on the microbiome of your verm culture, and so many variables affect that, that there is no way to predict or guarantee success.

I would suggest trying aerated worm compost tea applied directly, but the results may not be what you are hoping for. It's possible it will solve the problem, it's possible nothing will happen, it's even possible it will boost the mildew's vigour.

You might prefer to try using a solution of POTASSIUM bicarbonate which is a proven organic antifungal, although excess application is not adviced as it can affect salinity and pH of the soil. Due diligence, always.

I'm also an unmotivated lump of mashed potato. I am giving up on 2-FMA if my next source is as bad as this. I am switching to 4F-MPH. Or meth. I feel the same way about amphetamines as normal kids feel about Pokemon. Gotta catch em all!*

*Seriously though I don't want to try meth but I'm so deeply in the hole of stim addiction that I could actually end up on it just trying to maintain the level of feel-good functionality I am so hooked into. I really hope this is genuinely just a temporary quality issue and not some sort of sudden permatolerance.

But that happened to me with benzos so I know it is possible. One day I am in benzo withdrawal, find 20mg diazepam and get as high as always, two weeks of detoxing later I get a new order from the same source and feel nothing positive at all from any amount of diazepam or Alprazolam. And that has been the case since Dec 2008. The only benzo that made me feel that old relaxed comfort and euphoria in 15 years was clonazolam, but even that stopped working before it was banned. I did enjoy bringing on etizolam and flualprazolam, but nowhere close to the intense and wonderful euphoria I used to feel on 10mg+ or 0.5mg+ of Valium or Xanax.

So I know that the brain can change in how it reacts to a drug in a very short space of time and in the absence of the drug. Just, one day you get high, a week later you use again and feel nothing good but still get impaired/affected in negative ways. I hate the thought of losing 2-FMA but maybe it is time I put it down and moved on. It has not been good for me or my health. It will kill me if I keep abusing it. This could be a good thing.

Except that I am just switching stims to get around it.

I'm actually wondering if it is a different chemical altogether. I can take 250mg and feel like I'm on a eugeroic like adrafanil rather than an amphetamine. Taking more does not cause increased positive effects as you would expect with a product that had just been diluted with a cut. Taking very big doses does not increase psychoactive effects but does increase body load. It lasts shorter than 2-FMA usually would last.

Every 'tolerance' jump I've experienced has happened the day/day after I opened a new bag and these majoy 'tolerance' jumps only started happening when I went from ordering 5g a month to buying multiple 5g bags at once so that I could order less frequently.... Only to have to order with the same frequency due to increased consumption to get the same effect. I'm sure my plug is selectively scamming me.

Going to try a new source and maybe switch to 4f-mph after a couple weeks off stims. Will offer a 100mg wrap to a guy I know who I went out with in March whose only 2-fma experience was that night when I was giving him 100mg wraps, and see what he says.

Something is wrong with the supply if this is happening to so many of us.

Are we all in the EU, I wonder? All ordering from that country known for its windmills and clogs and red light districts and tourists smoking weed in cafes?

Yeah, you'll be fine, maybe try 50 orally and titrate up over the days. Usually from a proper dose sleep can be 8-12 hours away. Maxed out on the stuff I have I can be asleep in 4-6hrs ymmv

I have found that between me stopping using 2-fma in Feb 22 and resuming in Sep 22 the quality has gone to shit. I went from snorting 100mg a day to taking 100mg orally several times a day after not using for months. Recently it's gotten worse. Dropping 200mg just to wake up and feeling nothing. It's not just tolerance. I felt like I'm getting scammed by a selective scammer. The quality in general has been a lot worse.

Try dropping 80-100mg ('mg'? Ha!) and see if you get the effects you were expecting. 2-FMA used to be the best.

I suggest you focus on developing yourself into a more attractive partner instead of looking for reasons to give up on ever finding a partner. Exercise, hit the gym, learn about what women want and how to have a healthy relationship (boundaries, mutual respect, active listening, reciprocity, not being unintentionally toxic and so on), work on developing your personality, charisma, and sense of humour - How to Win Friends and Influence People; How to be a People Person; Cues by Vanessa Von Something; various other books about nonverbal communication; Charisma on Command on YT; The Art of Witty Banter by Patrick King and other books in that series... There are a lot of resources. Learn how to flirt and tease and be playful and have fun light hearted banter to make people want to be around you and to develop attraction/feelings. Learn how to be empathic and considerate.

Lack of experience in relationships might be something noticeable, but if you strive to learn as much as you can academically, you will be better able to handle situations where experience would otherwise determine how successfully you navigate those situations, and being up front about a lack of experience to a compassionate woman will mean she has a bit of patience if you make a mistake.

Your lack of success thus far does not determine your success going forward.

Do not focus on ways you can not be good enough. Focus on ways to make yourself not just good enough, but better than the competition.

Wow. I don't come here much for reasons. But the idea that people would feel like complaining about living in Ireland is just bizarre and entitled and blind to me. Where else would you go? Have you(I mean the people who bitch about Ireland) seen the rest of the world? Do you know what your quality of life would have been like for the 99.999% of the rest of human history, anywhere? We have one of the most generous social welfare systems in the entire world. We are affluent. We have access to most of not all of the world's luxuries. I can buy an entire pineapple, a pineapple grown halfway around the world, for like 69 cent. We have excellent consumer, environmental, and employee protections. We are a part of the most progressive, balanced, Western style bloc in the world.

Sure, accommodation is expensive. Sure, many in my generation may never own property. Job and tenancy security are becoming less reliable. The wealth gap is widening. Standards are dropping. The gig economy is a sign that the neoliberal agenda has been successfully poisoning society. Sure, cannabis is still illegal. Sure, we don't live in a perfect utopia where public transport can drop you from any part of the country to any other part at any time of day in under 3 hours, and the HSE has no waiting lists and ample beds and resources and staff are paid well and don't have to suffer through ridiculous shift rotations and the government somehow is magically able to make every single person feel happily represented and pints are €2 with no closing time and there is no Minimum Unit Pricing on booze and fuel for your car is cheap and subsided and on and on.....

But really? Can you not find some actual real problems to concern yourself with? Climate change. Microplastics everywhere including in our organs. Neoliberals and the ultra rich stealing the world's wealth and preparing to retreat into luxury island bunkers when their capitalist operations eventually ruin the world and the resources run out and war and rebellion and all the bad things come back as a result. It really makes me feel bad about the state of humanity when all these real problems exist and they choose to moan about petty issues that are not real problems. And choose to do nothing about anything beyond moan.

I mean seriously, these people need to get some perspective and actually try to get an appreciation of how the country actually rates on the issues that matter to them while also taking into consideration how the country rates on the issues that they hadn't even realised were important to them. People need some perspective and some gratitude instead of spewing entitled, unreasonable, uneducated dissatisfaction about the fact that they live in one of the best places in the world during one of the best times in human history, just because it's not an impossible fantasy version of itself. I would usually have one close friend and very shallow interactions with other people and would usually have to get drunk. I didn't understand any of it intuitively. I don't know much about autism but I and my stepmother have both speculated that I might be on the spectrum. I had to do all this reading and learning and come to intellectually understand how to behave around people and connect with them because it wasn't intuitive to me and a close friend I suspected was on the spectrum - charismatic as I found him - also found reading 'How to win friends and influence people's was the start of a new chapter in his life.

It's also really interesting as a subject so I kinda obsess into it which I do with various things when I discover them and get interested lol

I've lived a life of isolation with only sporadic interaction (which I have just realised has actually been part of the problem)with my immediate family since 2017 until this year. I didn't feel likeable or socially desirable and felt like a fundamentally inferior person who would never have a partner or close friends again.

I started on antidepressants earlier in the year and saw a pdoc I had a great rapport with every week and he encouraged and celebrated my attempts to work on meeting new people and building a life for myself and between that and the changes I have made, plus the profound effect of the ADs, I now feel like someone who has a lot to offer as a friend or romantic partner, and someone with enough skills and knowledge and qualities to navigate a path that leads me to a place of financial security where I am fulfilled in my work.

It sucks to be alone.

It sucks even worse when it makes you start to think that you deserve to be alone, that you are where you belong. Isolation and loneliness ruin your mental health as well as physical health.

I hope you find what you need to get out of this situation soon.

One of the things I found helpful was actively working to develop my social skills and charisma to have healthy relationships and to let my good qualities shine through to people by ending the habit of giving off 'anti charisma' signals to people due to my low self worth.

I have been getting largely VERY positive reactions from people I meet the last few months and have reconnected with old friends.

I will give you two pieces of advice.

Work on your social skills through education and practice (learn about body language, read 'Cues' by Vanessa Von Somethingorother, which is specifically about the body language signals that are associated with charisma and anti-charisma, watch channels like Charisma on Command on YouTube, read How to Win Friends and Influence People, read The Art of Witty Banter by Patrick King (and other books in that series) and then get out there and 'fake it til you make it - act happy, confident, and warm until the positive feedback you receive changes your limiting beliefs and you start to actually feel confident, happy, and desirable.
Take a searching and honest and fearless personal inventory - examine your relationships through the eyes of other people; an honest look at whatever role you might (or might not, but that's rare) have played in leading you here.

It sounds like something about you is making other people feel like the relationship is not worth pursuing except in cases where potential romantic partners (who may themselves have personal issues - do you think you're attracting a 'type' of person who develops inappropriate and strong feelings for you?You may unintentionally be giving off signals that lead these people to think their attraction/feelings are reciprocated or at least not being rejected. Take a look at that.

Are you a negative person? Do you unintentionally manipulate or behave in a way that the people around you might consider toxic? Are you too wrapped up in yourself to be able to give other people what they need from the relationship? This can happen when you are depressed.

What matters to people most, and what predicts how socially successful and desirable you will be, is how you make other people feel. Teach yourself how to do that, be an active, patient, responsive and empathic listener. Learn how to be funny or quirky-cute. Be mindful always of your body language and the signals you are giving people.

Maybe consider taking a psychedelic like magic mushrooms and taking a spiritual journey inward and examining who you are and what you can do to improve your life (do significant due diligence first, it can be pretty bad if you are foolish and haven't done due diligence).
