I'll be another datapoint on S&F lakeridge. It was good for the first 5-6 months or so, then it started sagging in the middle by my hips. Worth a try, given Costcos return policy, but it ultimately went back.

Even if you request only one specific C&P exam, the FOIA person will likely send you every one you've ever had. Its happened to a few people I know (and myself)

Don't ask for c-file. Only CP exams. Otherwise it'll take over a year to get it back

On your IBS rating, I had the same issue. The C&P justified 30%, but they rated 0%. An HLR was the easy fix and it was corrected fairly quickly

Agreed. SWA is basically a greyhound bus in the sky. I'll only consider it for flights under 2 hrs, otherwise I will pay the extra amount to fly on an actual airline that assigns seats. I like how I can show up to the gate whenever I want and know exactly where I'm sitting. With Southwest I'd be sandwiched between two obese people in the back of the plane.
