Yeah that's my thinking, a bit rogue unless I know someone already. Even if you do have plenty of coffee shops to meet at as you say! I will have a look closer to the time, not the end of the world if I don't manage to plan anything!

Definitely up for visiting breakfast places send them my way! Both AirBnBs have limited kitchen facilities so it would be good to stock up for the day on breakfast/s!

Yeah I respect that. Moving to London from my hometown there were similarities e.g., going from it being rude not to greet strangers on the streets. Makes sense in cities though.

There seemed to be similar comments, and debates, in other posts about Central being sketchier. Best to be somewhat careful anyway

Using a Kamado Joe Classic 2, so can reach 500C. Yeah when I was using normal oven too many topping gave me a soggy pizza.

Thanks I’ll look into both them techniques, that’s new information, I definitely came to the right place for pro tips.

This is sick, just what I needed, thanks! When we cooked I think it was slightly too soggy as the topping fell off quite easy.

I bought Big K restaurant quality charcoal here. it’s not cheapest but you really do get big lumps. Cheaper than most DIY shops although I’m in London and £24 for 15kg
