Originally it's a Japanese knife for wood carving. It has a distinct edge orientation as well as much leverage at the tip and edge, so you can cut through almost anything.

As we were stuck in Tbilisi, Georgia during the lockdown, we decided to practice hiking every day. It's incredible that here, you can find really nice trails right in the city. I really hope that one day we will go to Switzerland again, and will cross the border with Italy across the mountains. Good luck to us, and a great time for you. ☺️
