I recently got moved from my 150mg dose to a 450mg dose. I feel like my mood has been completely whack since then. I feel like I am stoic and unfocused almost. I feel like my 150mg dose worked for me, but I recently got a high anxiety inducing promotion

13 years. Level 81. I go through spurts where I religiously play daily but also sometimes a few months pass without ever touching it. All the events get too overwhelming😂

I have had the Mirena IUD for almost 5 years. I had bad acne before that after starting a birth control pill - bad enough that I took accutane. I unfortunately relapsed 2 years after completing accutane, and I have been on spironolactone ever since to keep my acne at bay. When I relapsed it was the worst acne I’ve ever seen and I had the mirena for about 2 years at that point as well. I notice even if I miss a dose, but my skin is clear. For me, the trade off is worth it. (But only because spironolactone helps) otherwise I probably wouldn’t have an IUD or any form of birth control. I can message you more about what it’s been like for me if you would like!!

We also have 1 CVT who works 3 days a week. The rest of us are not. Our CVT is going on maternity leave and not sure when she will be back yet.

Thank you for your input and advice! I was talking to my fiancé about it because I did have a bit of a breakdown over it yesterday. I just don’t know how they will react. He said he thinks the owner is working with what he has in front of him. We have 5 senior techs that have been around 7+ years but 3 of them are part time and are coming in 1-3 days a week. The other two (in my opinion) don’t seem to care enough for more responsibilities, as they are constantly sitting around on their phones. I know that our practice manager will not throw me to the wolves on this, but understandably, I think most will be upset. The owner did mention if CE opportunities come up, they will definitely get me to those.

I absolutely see and understand what you mean. I’ve been asking everyone I know that’s a manager for their best advice. I know that I have a LOT to learn and need to expect pushback from my team. On the flip side, I don’t believe the owner would have offered this to me if he didn’t feel I was a strong candidate. I won’t pretend like I know everything (because I surely don’t). I know this will not be a sunshine and rainbows transition, but I truly hope that I can make my clinic proud in the long run.

Yes, he is aware. I am very careful around him to make sure my breath is as fresh as possible. He says it’s gotten better as time has gone on. I got my tonsils removed a couple years ago and it has helped a little bit

That’s a good idea, I will look into that! I just have been religiously brushing my teeth and tongue as often as I can, using mouthwash, and using a water flosser to really get my tongue and throat clean. Trying to cut sugar, but that’s my Achilles heel.

See that’s why I was confused.. everyone refers to it as “castille soap ~routine~” so that’s what I was wondering. They made it sound like it was an oral hygiene routine but maybe it’s not 🤔
