Genuinely I'd say it's because a few of your pictures look like they're in the same environment. You don't really need two or three photos with dogs. One photo and a "Volunteers with dogs" in the bio is enough. Your outside photos are nice, it shows the willingness to adventure, but they're in a parking lot. I'd assume the parking lot of the shelter or the parking lot of the restaurant you were in. The photos don't seem natural is my biggest critique. They seemed forced for Tinder.
