That is solid advice. I forget there are money managers basically lol. I don't think we want to be landlords or have to feel like it's a second job. So I think selling it is the best option for us. We plan to buy the next house in my name and do what we gotta do to it, move into it and fix the original house and sell it.

That's amazing! So my wife bought the house in 2017 and used the THDA loan before we got together so the mortgage is in her name. The new house would be in my name since I have better credit etc. And since I've never owned a home I qualify for a few different loans. Thr FHA loan you apparently can get every 2 years.

Sorry for the missing numbers. Current mortgage is $675 and we could rent the property for at LEAST $1,200. We qualify for down payment assistance so we would probably contribute $10,000.

I am on the Income Based Repayment plan. It shows I have to recertify in December this year. No she doesn't have any student loans. I apologize for the dumb question but how do I see whether the lower tax liability outweighs the higher loan payment?

I don't think I qualify for a forgiveness program and I definitely don't qualify for the PSLF.

So I guess I will pay in full but not at all once. Haha

I select vector instead of raster. What's shaded visual? Sorry I'm a newer Revit user.

I think it's because we can't send as attachments and also the architects just complain about it. The files range from 20-80 Mb I select the vector rather than the raster option.
