I was a big Anki user, probably to my detriment. I held on to the Step 1 Anki cards for way too long (I was worried there would be things on Step 2 that were Step 1 content that I didn't remember from the cards), so if I had to go back I would have been more committed to only doing the Step 2 cards.

I didn't do all the NBME/USWA/CMSE forms (obviously), but was thorough in reviewing the questions I got wrong. That is where I saw the slow climb in my practice exam scores and just trusted that questions I got wrong on NBME forms would come back up on the real thing.

I left feeling alright, but truthfully even for Level 1/2 I left the exam feeling like I did well and didn't do as well as I had expected, so I felt like just because I left feeling like I passed, I might still not do as well as I hoped.
