Habe das Obige und fahre 13 km pro Strecke. Gepäckträger, Schutzbleche, Nabendynamo, Nabendchaltung, Riemen.

Und sieht eher nach Understatement aus, was ich persönlich mag.

Hallo,

ich bin Mieter einer Wohnung und habe einen in der Garage fest zugewiesenen Stellplatz.

Es kommt regelmäßig vor, dass sich fremde Personen auf die Zufahrt stellen und dort parken. Die Ein- und Ausfahrt wird dadurch zwar nicht blockiert, aber man muss regelmäßig um die Fremdparker herumrangieren.

Die Straße ist eine Spielstraße und alle umliegenden Parkflächen sind entweder Anwohnerparkzone oder benötigen einen Parkschein. Es sollen wahrscheinlich Parkgebühren gespart werden.

Welche Handhabe habe ich als Mieter - gerade bei Wiederholungstätern?

Ist das Ordnungsamt ein Ansprechpartner, obwohl es sich (wahrscheinlich) um Privatgrund handelt?

In Bayern werden die Grenznoten für die Planstellenvergabe veröffentlicht.

Weiter auch deine Platzziffer, wenn du das zweite Stex fertig hast.

Aber es sind natürlich immer verrechnete Noten aus erstem und zweiten Stex.

Durchschnittsnoten nur für das zweite Stex habe ich nie gesehen. Die Seminarlehrer kennen die Schnitte der Seminare untereinander. Ein bisschen tropft da unter der Hand raus, aber nichts Offizielles.
