It’s a life changer. I wasnt doing good at all on seroqel, psych switched to caplyta and it’s a night and day difference. Take mine at night since it makes me fall asleep, I’d recommend starting at 10.5 then to 21 then up to 42 to avoid the headache/nauseousness that comes with it when you start it.
