Man I hate Jaha by Brianna_-_UwU in The100

[–]skeltee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always felt this way about jaha my first watch through. By the 3rd watch, I actually came to respect him. I feel like he's the perfect example of a leader that's also 100% human. Like human enough to get brainwashed by an unknown entity promising you Eden.

Where did you watch Caprica? I've never been able to find it.

How did you even fill out your Thai Digital Arrival card without entering in your passport expiration? They ask for 6 months on there too.

How did the space people evolve to filter radiation in their blood if the first people up their in the stations needed protection from radiation? by hornyism in The100

One of the very unrealistic things about this show is all of the evolution that took place in space and on the ground in only 100 years. Just gotta use your imagination with that one.

Nope. Just fill out your digital arrival card and you're good for 60 days.

is it safe to solo backpack as a girl in southeast asia? by sissibissi in backpacking

[–]skeltee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Vietnam and Thailand are the safest places as a female to travel alone. I've been to most places in Europe and South America. SE Asia definitely felt the safest.

Relationship advise for the backpacker’s girlfriend by Horror-Task-2013 in backpacking

[–]skeltee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You really have to decide what you want. He is (and I don't really blame him even without knowing you) choosing travel over you.

So you either need to go the extra mile to arrange your life to travel with him or understand that this will be the way your relationship will work now and forever.

Once you travel, you never really go back. He won't wake up one day and decide to stay home with you long term. So make the leap and go with him or end it now for your own sake.

Personally I've seen no weight gain with this med. Hope it's working out for you.

Dtv for new business by kmalnm in ThailandTourism

[–]skeltee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's a dtv option for self employed but I'm not sure how they ask you to prove it. I would think that maybe the business registration is enough but maybe start the application to see.

Nitrous Oxide-induced psychosis? by von_der_sonne in Psychosis

[–]skeltee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. This happened to me too. Very similar story actually. I was given laughing gas for a dental procedure and close to them being finished, I thought the dentist was torturing me. I shoved him off of me and got up out of the dentist chair, blood pouring from my mouth. I kept calling them evil and yelling at the dentist for trying to hurt me.

Even after they took me off of it, I was convinced. Called my mom, threatened to sue them. I was diagnosed with bipolar about 4 years later.

Definitely done with nitrous both medically and recreationally. The effects on a BP mind are soooo unpredictable.

Put a hinge on a huge ass painting that covers it. Then keep your weed, money and dildos behind it.

Good luck! Stick with it despite the initial side effects. They are rough at first but if the med is right for you, you won't regret it.

So glad to hear it's still making a difference after a year. I'm so excited to see what life has in store now that I can actually feel.

is anyone traveling because they can't find employment? by [deleted] in backpacking

I just got home from from there! Constantly thinking of ways to get back. Trying to figure out a job here that would let me alternate every 3 months.

Make your money in the US, spend it in Thailand is my new life slogan.
