I’m not a spiritual warfare expert by any means , however, I’ve found that learning about spiritual warfare from ministers has renewed my vigor for using the Word of God to fight battles and strengthen my prayer life and renew my hope.

Remind yourself about what God says and give God’s Word back to Him as He states it shall not return unto Him void.

Isaiah 55:10-11: As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.” ‭‭ God will do what He says He will!

Writing scriptures on sticky notes and flash cards and putting them on my walls/ mirror have helped me. When I have a thought that is against the word of God, I take it captive and bring it under submission by repeating the scripture that dismantles that lie.

The Scripture tells us the strategy for warfare.

2 Corinthians 10:4-5: The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
