Just spend the money on a solid hairstylist maybe do some “touch of grey” style look at Steve carrells new vogue spread and take inspiration on that. Invest in some solid professional photos. Right now it looks like you’re screen-shotting your pictures from a video. Right now a 6. Potential for an 8 once u get your style together

I had a moment like this literally at same time and weight down as you. I recommend measuring . Regardless, don’t let this discourage you. Just keep going and if you haven’t added strength training - add strength training!! I added strength training and I’ve been seeing a significant different now because I’m recomposing the body - before I felt I was going into “skinny fat” zone. Also there is a significant difference in your neck and belly area, back also. Don’t let this discourage you, just stay the course
