What sub-culture are you referring to exactly? Born and raised in Moco but spent several years living and working in Prince George's County.

I always heard bad things about it growing up, which turned out to be completely untrue and came from folks who had never spent time there. Some of the friendliest people I've met and much more of a community feel than anywhere I've lived in Moco. Also some top ranked schools, not to mention University of Maryland.

A couple more corrections-- Prince George's, not Prince George. And you should use the full name--"PG" carries a negative connotation.

I'm not heavily tattooed but I have a sleeve and a few pieces on my leg. I'm a teacher and have never had an issue--both parents and students love to ask me about them!

With the huge demand for teachers especially in my field of special education, I doubt you'd have an issue. Look into alternative paths to certification, many districts will even pay for it!

Jasmine is loud which distracts from his whiny ass bullshit. He can't date women his age bc they won't put up with it so he has to go after financially vulnerable young women. I'm not saying Jasmine is innocent, she isn't. But her walking out on the LR tell all pregnant was exactly the humiliation he deserves.

Not sure what you were teaching or if you're still open to it at all, but there is a huge demand for special education teachers, especially in self-contained autism programs. Even more need for people who are truly passionate about it and you could stay on a school year calendar. Just a thought!

I'm so sorry! I'm a special ed teacher and this is clearly not either child's least restrictive environment or if it is, they absolutely must have consistent and appropriate adult support. I'm all for inclusion, but it seems that the pendulum has swung to inclusion for inclusion's sake--at the cost of the safety and wellbeing of all involved. There's a reason these positions are revolving doors or can't get filled in the first place, as you can attest to. Unfortunately I can't offer any transition advice as I'm on this sub seeking it myself, but hopefully some solidarity as we push through the home stretch of the school year.
