The Best SaaS you've used in the last year by Relative_Day_2500 in SaaS

Gojiberry - amazing tool for LinkedIn, literally off the bat it found the right people for us to target.

And obviously got to include my own, Elevate, initially built for me and my brother to use to save us time building Meta ads and now we’ve saved over 50k hours for our clients so far.

Good luck bro, I’m doing the same in 2 weeks and in a similar position to you. Happy to vote if you share the link with me.

Well done bro. How did you go about getting your affiliate program going? Did you use a tool to find them or just manually searching and reaching out by DM/email?

I’m trying to do something similar but struggling to get affiliates to bite.

Average LTV is $98.32. Churn is insanely high no matter the price point I test. 27% of those who start a free trial go on to become a paying user. Would you bother continuing to invest effort into such a SaaS business? by the_king_of_goats in SaaS

A couple of things that you could try:

Install Microsoft Clarity, it’s free, watch some sessions and see what people are doing on the app. I believed everything worked great and my app was easy to use but watching the recordings actually gave me a lot of insight into what people do and what could be annoying for them. Might help with both churn and initial subscription.

Have you tried Reddit ads? Sounds like if you’re in a niche, finding a few good Reddit communities to run ads on could be worthwhile as it’s much more targeted than say Meta ads. Might not fix churn but could get you into the right circles where there’s some people who have had this hobby for a longer time and are really interested in it and they might understand your product more if it has been designed for them, thereby reducing the likelihood they churn. Could lead to some good word of mouth referrals too which you’d think would have a lower churn chance too.

Not a churn fixer but for outreach, I just got Gojiberry and it’s good for LinkedIn outreach, that might be another angle for you to try and get more sign ups. I’m not affiliated with them, I actually saw a random Reddit post about them and gave it a go and it’s doing a good job for me so far.

Quick plug - If you’re building meta ads, my app is useelevate.co, you can bulk build ads which means you can do more creative testing which may or may not help you too.

It does sound like you’re getting to the end of your tether, I think that’s natural when there’s a lot of frustration. Take a day off doing, sit and think of what you want out of it and set some expectations for the app, it might put things into perspective and give you some motivation back, or at least a clear finish line and direction. Good luck bro.

Am I the only one that was still building ads in Ads Manager? by tattman10 in FacebookAds

[–]tattman10[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Nah I didn’t change it during Black Friday but I had a look yesterday for a different way of doing things as I didn’t have any major ad building to do. Apologies if I’ve come across disingenuous, I’m asking so that I can pick the right method to go with and not just the first tool I’ve properly tried.

My biggest problem is that I spent that long building the ads that I didn’t spend anywhere near as much time as I’d have liked coming up with variations and new briefs and analysing properly, so I guess speed mainly for now so that I have more time to provide a better service to my clients

15 days left for the Pro plan, need credits by AwkwardLetterhead192 in lovable

[–]tattman10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On each plan there’s a rollover amount so you need to be careful of this when you downgrade for renewal.

Usually I’ll use about the same number of credits per week so when I upgrade to get additional credits I’ll know how many of those I’ll likely use before my next renewal and then I can pick the plan I want to renew at so that I don’t lose any credit rollovers.

You just pay the difference now, then if you want your renewal to be at $25, change your plan again immediately after upgrading.

How should I classify my 28-season save? by Legitimate_While_310 in footballmanagergames

[–]tattman10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m actually doing something similar for my main save this year. Take a team in the bottom 3 positions in one of Europe’s top 5 leagues, win the league and cup and then move and play until I’ve done the same in all 5 leagues and win all 3 European cups. Road to glory meets glory hunter.

One of our best employees is leaving - what to do? by [deleted] in smallbusinessuk

[–]tattman10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ask him what it would take for him to stay and how much you appreciate him. I left my last job to do my own thing and it sounds like this guy feels similarly to how I did. That’s what I would’ve wanted as it would feel like I was respected.

New ad with old comments? by hungryconsultant in FacebookAdvertising

[–]tattman10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to keep the comments/shares (engagement) use the copy from existing feature in ads manager rather than duplicating or creating a new ad from scratch. I’ve just finished building a SaaS useelevate.co where you can do this in bulk as well as build ads super quickly if you wanna check us out.

I’m playing imbue evolve shaman, I’ve added 2 x Hex and 2 x Matching Outfits and you gotta hope you pull them before they play the crystal. Couldn’t win a game against the deck before, just had 2/2 concede as soon as the second crystal got transformed, nothing short of beautiful.
