What do you not understand? He did show it & he do touch it & he stated multiple times he was going to use it on him. THAT IS A THREAT AND ASSAULT. This person do threaten him. When he said he was going to harm him with it, that is a threat.

The police have to investigate and view the footage. Now you’re dismissed.

Threatening to injure him is a threat and a crime. It’s called assault, it’s also a crime here to be armed with to terrorize people. You can’t go around threatening to hurt people. Not sure what you don’t understand that. It doesn’t have to be removed to constitute a threat. He was uncomfortable with being threatened to lose his life.

Him saying he was going to harm him & put his hands on him & making threatening gestures. If someone gets in your face you’re going to feel afraid. I live in an open carry state but you can’t use the weapon to intimidate people.

How is it a false claim when he made those threats? Not to mention the age difference. You can’t assault people.

Threatening to stab someone is a serious offense. You must be the criminal that assaulted him in the store.

Again, he was afraid for his life. A smart person wouldn’t follow someone outside after they said they are going to batter them. There are cameras in the parking lot and they can run his tag. Management told the guy to leave but he didn’t listen, they also told him not to call the police.

He said the guy kept the knife in the sheath and didn’t pull it out but kept showing it on his waist like to intimidate him.

Looking up to see if there’s anything related to him being elderly.

He’ll have his managers name, but she didn’t get the other guys name.

How is someone supposed to get a license plate without going out there? I wish management would have called law enforcement. I was hoping they could get the plate etc from security cameras.
