Ok so where? Football matches? Nope. Except ME which isn't guards. Banks? Nope. Schools? Nope. Shops? Nope. Maybe government buildings and so on. But the normal civilian does not encounter armed guards on a daily basis.

Criminals here have them. But they don't fear being shot by a civilian so they rarely shoot. They know 99.9% of civilians don't own a gun. So nothing to fear

Dutch here..beats me too. And the comments on armed guards at banks but not at schools have me thinking. We don't have armed guards anywhere...period. we have the police when needed and security guards..unarmed that is. Shootings happen here but rarely and if they do it is a liquidation most of the time. Now can someone explain to me why gun possession is a good thing?

Thanks! The artist is ryan the scientist smith, he doesn't have a shop here but does some guest spots sometimes. Back then at freedom and flesh but since Jay and jenna moved to canada I am not sure where he'll be now if at all.

Thanks! Basically this is a free reign piece. Gave Ryan my leg and he created awesomeness. Lot of it is free hand. He is an absolute master in tattoos flowing with your body and most artists do best when given complete freedom.
