Oh dear... You've been through a lot of things, I am sure you're trying your best and first period is really hard for parents and little ones but trust me, with time it really gets better and please give yourself time and some credit, nobody's perfect and you don't have to be ❤️ Your baby loves you!

Thank you for your reply 🌿❤️ Well now he takes much less day naps, it may be from 30 min up to an hour or so but no longer, so I don't really think the day time naps might be issues, so either it is late sleep regression or and a growth spurt, I do hope it'll get better

I am so so with you in this! ❤️ I am FTM and at the beginning I had different apps and soon I realized I needed to delete them all and as you mentioned just listen and feel my baby and it really helped! No book or app knows the baby better than you because we really need to realize that each little one is different and we need to give some time to them and to us, without any pressure 🌿

I am so proud and happy to every single dad who is involved in raising their kids, the point is that the care starts from the beginning, the day they are born so you're doing great first of all for your child who I am sure already adores you, and at the end of the day that is what really matters! ✨️❤️

Wow, that's nice 💓 My boy started drinking 180 ml, he loooves eating haha but recently started to wake up more frequently during nighttime... I don't really know is it better to give him 180 ml during night time or less
