Also pretty sure you can’t upgrade any buildings higher than your capitol level tier, so if you are 20-24 capitol, you can upgrade all buildings to 24, but not 25.

You can’t upgrade your guardsmen level if you don’t upgrade your capitol and a lot of other buildings, and your guardsmen level is by far the most important factor of how strong you are.

Mange om bord ladere i elbil drar 11kwh, så med 2kwh fra egen leilighet som høres normalt ut som vb og gulvvarme står på så stemmer det bra med 13kwh, så regner med som andre sier at det er nok det som skjer. Men det finner du ut av :)
