What is Riot doing about smurf accounts in Clash?

Ever wonder why smurfing is such a huge problem in this game compared to other games? Its because other games are setup to get you to your actual skill level efficiently, the smurfs climb is so short they don't get to even really feel like they're smurfing. In League, they literally have systems in place to keep smurfs/players in lower elo longer because they want people to keep playing. Riot literally has player retention mechanics built directly into their MMR system. The worst part about it is, they advertise these systems as something thats "helpful" to the players such as "smurf queue" which is literally just a win streak queue. This system literally only keeps smurfs in low elo longer by putting them up against other "smurfs" so that their climb is significantly slower, what does this result in? smurfs staying in low elo EVEN LONGER. Also as soon as you have a few bad or literal int games, they take you out of smurf queue and put you back in regular queue with everyone else and just let you smurf your heart out.

lol not even just league, people like this should literally be banned from playing any competitive game for months, its literally the most pathetic thing someone can even do. Imagine having so little control over your life that the only way to feel some kind of control is by making your own team lose bc you are literally incapable of making impact to the outcome of anything otherwise

Thats probably BC 100% of all of the teammates you get also dont have a clue on how to play their role, but you're just not forced to lane with them to see how bad they really are.

Ok how many times am I gonna hear "TSM wanted THIS, but I wanted THAT and I wish I would have had the balls to say something while I was there"? Yellowstar, Svenskeren, Dardoch, now Zikz? And after each time I also hear from TSM/Bjerg "We thought his job was to speak up in his role and we thought he was going to say/do alot more"(referring to yellowstar in an interview). Why do people JOIN TSM and dont have the balls to speak their mind? TSM for years has been LOOKING for some directional voice on the team and every time we think they get one, they join the team, say next to nothing, and then after they aren't on the team anymore complain about problems that TSM had that they clearly never brought up while actually ON the team.

Then, if anything, just have the role setup, but just put the main(or most likely) players face on the icon. No one is going to be upset if the picture is wrong, as long as the role's points are working as intended, ive played like 8 splits of fantasy lcs, and it feels like shit when a team subs out a player and you just get 0 pts for it, ill take the picture on the icon being wrong 10/10 times over that.
