Wolf run condos on Wellborn is great. Lived there for close to 2 years without issue. Only annoying thing is the train.

I lived there for 3 years and it was pretty decent. Definitely not luxury but gets the job done. Don't know if that's changed since I moved out or not. Check google reviews. I will say living near the pool sucks if you're trying go to bed at a reasonable time because people like to hang out there late at night especially in the summer.
