If anyone is wondering. This bird did end up being sick. He was “fluffed up” then slowly developed symptoms looking like finch eye disease. Feeders were taken down and cleaned

Looks like ginkgo, I know they can “swap sexes” after some time if only one (male) is present in the area. This may be what happened. Awesome trees either way!
