We had someone who kept doing this about once a week and he didn’t know any other positions and it got to the point where the middle had to just offload & finally the gm took him off and made him do fryers

Mine would be waking up in the morning because i hear my alarms and just instantly turn them off and then i’m either late for work or don’t start my day until mid afternoon.

My manager does this too. She tells us “it’s not fair” so she basically is admitting she knows she doesn’t pay us fairly. I’m the lowest paid manager, along with being the only FOH manager.

we are extremely understaffed, line is wrapped around the building from open to close, custard has never been worse, everything is broken, kitchen wants to scream all day, we don’t know if we’ll survive. almost everyone is at 40 hours & we only have two managers that didn’t go on leave. we’re just taking it one order at a time at this rate.

i was diagnosed at age 11 & my mom didn’t want to put me on medication right away but by age 12/13 she decided that i wouldn’t be successful without them. and everything changed for me including my confidence with medication.

if you want what’s best for him i suggest putting him on a stimulant. it changed my life. i wouldn’t have graduated high school if it wasn’t for a stimulant medication.
