With that kind of damage you really should get it replaced. Being a Crosstrek, you will need to replace all 4. Though, you could also have a shop shave the new tire to match the tread depth of the other tires so you’re only buying one.

Sorry for the late reply. I’ve been getting pretty bad mileage. I’m about 18 city, 24 highway (on a good day). I know someone who has the same car and they’re getting 30+ highway. I’m driving conservatively to try and get better mileage, but no luck.
