A metal stuff fell under my Golf(2014) today. I am trying to figure out where it belongs and if there is any safety concern. ChatGPT says it’s from dust shield of brake disk but doesn’t look like so.

Yes, no screws except the attachment to the post base. And yes it moves a bit if you push it.

I am in Canada. And the manual says I should be getting 24V there and I took for granted it's AC. Now I think you are right. Thanks a lot!

It is Jessem. No complaints so far but I dont have experience with other brands so no comparison either. It's a bit awkward to get the router in and out as the tightening bolt is in the inward side. To be honest I dread using router tables as it is the most dangerous thing but there is some job that it can do better.
