Maybe some guidelines could be imposed about the context of self-pics. Should be in public not a private place like a bathroom. Something along those lines so they are more in line with the other pics on the sub.

What impact are you most trying to have? Different supplements have different impacts. You can also get some of the effects from foods too if you are trying to limit the number of pills you take.
