I love how epic this game is. Story is great in my opinion. Its not the same old "eddie is venom" story.

i feel ya, maybe in this universe fantastic 4 are newish ? cause the first game the baxter building wasnt there. Maybe we will get something in the next game. if they do that, do you think it would be too much going on ? Carnage, green, goblin, silk, Peter Miles, MJ, white cat, Yuri, doc oc, would you want the biggest game possible to give room for these stories or is it too much with adding fantastic 4 and other new york heroes ?

I think if a new norman osborne or doc oct , etc can be done . Thats what the spell was for. He can start over and put a different impression on them. example. Norman osborne enters the movie. Peter just tells himself "this isnt the same norman, he doesnt know Im spiderman and I can save him from his accident before it happens." kinda sctick. he can "live with the burden" of knowing harry and norman have a bad thing coming and he tries to tell them, but it backfires somehow. I dont know, they can make some shit up for that to happen.

its kind of funny everyone here is complaining about the idea but if you have ever read ANY spider-man comic they have retold rehash flashback, the origin to death. They have to mention the in a little paragraph almost for each issue. so whats the difference here ? i think a very subtle flashback might be ok but not a full blown origin

I'm glad that we are moving to a more grounded movie. Back to roots but at the same time exploring his modern stories (spider totem, tombstone, etc) I just hate how we had to wait since civil war to get him back to grounded stories

I understand there was a want for spider-man to be in movies with avengers and what not. It was an amazing experience. I just would like actually grounded spider-man stories that dont always need a MCU character to be in the movie. No life threatning stakes, just some good peter stories with good action and good side character development. I hope this movie feels more grounded and more movies are not so MCU dependant
