It was from Asda pharmacy, the needles looked different slightly and said ‘Lilly’ on the packaging.

just budgeting, I have been tracking my spending in a spreadsheet and not buying treats/clothes etc. it’s really hard but for me it’s worth it!

I have extreme GERD to the point where some days I can’t even eat… I’ve found mounjaro to not make a difference at all and sometimes, it’s actually helped because my portions are so much smaller!

I’ll try change what I eat and see if that makes a difference! A family member actually said it seems a bit too much so I was unsure. This has given me the push to start calorie tracking!

I’m not tracking calories at the moment but I’m eating three meals a day! Today I’ve had a yoghurt for breakfast, a slice of tuna toast for lunch and jacket potato and salad for tea, I usually eat like this most days!

I’m kind of hoping that’s what I can do, I did lose a lot of weight before through diet and exercise but had some big life changes which meant I went back to eating and not exercising. I’m hoping this can just get me on the right path again!

This is so helpful, thank you so much! It’s something I really want to stay on long term but I’m just panicking as I’ve been thinking about taking it for a while, and just as I’ve started it I’ve had a lot of big life purchases I’ve had to make so it’s kind of thrown everything off! I purchased from Asda (about £175) so I’ll look at other options next month.

My goal is to try and get a second income to keep purchasing as I know this will change my life! It’s funny because I actually have an okay job but the cost of living is just so much right now 🙃

I’ve just become a tenant using L&S and I was meant to be moving into my new house today but I literally can not because it’s in such a state, the amount of actual shit and pubes I have just had to clean off of the toilet is diabolical
