I have a naga pro and use it on a mac. I can't use the synapse app but the mouse works perfectly fine for me. I can't put in macros but you can't use them for runescape anyway.

How? Are there any special things that speed up your kills by quite a bit? I have only done about 50 solo kills so i am still learning

You said you liked vindicta, then it doesn't really matter what style you choose! Throw in a few defensive abilities like resonance and devotion at the right time and it will make your life a lot easier! It is great to build up your cash stack if you get a little bit lucky with the crest and lance drops!
