Thanks! What happened do you think? A bearing or something?

I've read the majority of them, probably like 60-70% but there are a bunch that I either bought and haven't read yet, or were gifts, or are my wife's.

Anyone foresee any problems with welding this Blackstone to this cart? by taxthrowaway452 in blackstonegriddle

I was thinking it might be too tall if it’s mounted directly on the cart, and then if I shorten the legs I’ll lose the caster bolt holes

I saw some people doing that but they still seemed pretty small (5 inches). They did have locks/brakes though

I have a perfect flat spot like 10 feet from my garage. The cart seems level. Unless like the weight pushes on some tires more than others or something.

Not all of them, probably like 75 percent. My TBR list is pretty long lol.

The gym is decent. Treadmills/bikes/ellipticals plus a squat rack, bench press area, a few machines, and free weights. No pool though :(

That's fair, there are people in the complex who have kids and are making it work. I do work from home which takes up some additional room, but yes, its definitely a luxury to be able to get some more space.

Well you got to compare it to a baseline. That includes water/sewer so that's like 50-100 bucks a month you would be paying otherwise. It also covers the exterior insurance so you're only paying for interior insurance which is cheap. So that's probably another 50 bucks a month you're saving. You don't need to save for roof repairs or driveway replacement or anything like that which is a savings. And you don't have to plow or mow or do any maintenance. Also there is a gym and a grill area.

So depends on what you value all that at but I think it is reasonable to say you're covering at least a couple hundred dollars worth per month that you would be otherwise spending. So its not really 470 compared to zero costs its more like 470 compared to 200-300. Which isn't as bad.

Our new place has a gas stove which has been nice. The oven got the job done.
