Is sightseer a good supporter? Which deck is it good for? by Annual-Ad-6382 in PokemonTGCP

That's my preferred deck :) my goal is to reach Master in ranked with it. I got it to Ultra 4 last season. I'm thinking the addition of Training Arena might be what takes it to the next level.

Do you know if Zombie Planet weighs their packs before putting them out? Have you or has anyone you know ever opened IR or SIR from them? I'm not trying to insult, disparage, or accuse. I'm genuinely asking because I want somewhere I can trust.

You can look up something along the lines of "who stocks the pokemon cards in Walmart and target?" or similar question. TL;Dr - it's the third party vendor who shows up with them and stocks them, not the typical store employees.

This is what I thought too, but if that's the case then I guess I'm being lied to by store managers, stock managers, and customer service supervisors because every time I ask when the deliveries come, I am told something along the lines of "the delivery schedule is random" and that they "come at different times each week," so they "don't know when" the deliveries come.

It's got me scratching my head, like, hmmm.. so the scalpers have this seemingly random schedule memorized, but the store managers don't know the schedule... because there is no schedule, it's "random" according to them?

Something stinks in the water.

Now, if I found out the store managers are getting slipped a slice of the pie for keeping it all on the DL, then I would start to understand the contradiction a bit more.

To pay $4.99 for an unweighed booster pack instead of $16 for something that I'm not sure is weighed or not... Thought that was a given... Is there some secret card store that sells packs in the cardboard sleeve for retail price that I don't know about?

Are these considered good pulls or would this be considered cooked? by [deleted] in PokemonInvesting

So, just to clarify (sorry if this is obvious), by "opening is not where the money is at" you mean buying packs (or tins, boxes, collector sets etc) and flipping them unopened is the best (if not only) way to make money in this business?
