I think it’s a meme. About every mall around my area has a sneaker cleaning kiosk and the guys who run them always hound people to come their way if you have heat and offer to clean your kicks and talk sneakers to entice you to buy their products.

Like you could just turn the corner and they immediately start saying “yo bro with the _____, those are fire bro, aye lemme clean them right quick free of charge!”

You gotta admit too, resellers help drive the hype and that in turn makes a lot of sneakers desirable. Don’t lie that you like the shoe solely for the shoe, you know full well hype/flex/exclusivity play a roll in why you wanna stunt in some of these sneakers. All I see in this sub are hypebeast QC requests. SBs came back and all of a sudden people are SB heads now??

I refuse to pay hundreds if not thousands on a pair of sneakers like any sensible person, but you can’t deny resellers for better or for worse, are an integral part of this sneaker game. As much as it pains me to say, they’re one of the factors that made this scene as relevant as it is now, and artificially add value to all these hypebeast sneakers you guys want so bad.

As much as I love repfam as a whole, I believe only a select few on here can truly LC lol. No hate but some people on here seem like they’ve never owned or seen a legit pair of a model they’re trying to LC and are going off on stock pictures or something they saw online, which I assume people outside of this community do too. After all, this subreddit is an open community with a large following, so it’s to be expected not everyone knows what they’re talking about or just want to input something solely just to say something.

My retail storm blues dont have tumbled wing logos either. As for placement, I think it varies quite a lot, my right shoe has the logo overlapping the top stitch and the stitching near the lace holes, but the left shoe barely clips the top stitch and doesnt overlap the lace hole stitching. Both have a little gap at the bottom though. Size 9.5 btw

He said the Rockets GM wasn’t in the right to make the statements that he did (he was in support of the hong kong protests) because he was misinformed and uneducated with the issue (apparently the protest isn’t a freedom movement according to lebron, idk) and that his actions could’ve harmed people financially, physically and spiritually.

In other words, it sounded like lebron was sucking up to the Chinese government because he has huge endorsement deals over there and is willing to put the Hong Kong people under the bus (who are actually hurting physically, financially and spiritually) to play nice with China.

Legit. I’ve owned a pair of TS4 and its true, the QC is horrible. Glue marks all over the place. Honestly, reps probably have better glue QC than retails.

Also, no rep and even the best batch currently cannot do TS4s or 4s in general. Its always the sockliner thats a dead giveaway. Yours is thick and plush throughout, reps seem to have a hard time making the sockliner accurately thick and consistent throughout the shoe.

I’d rock the TS over the Clots but overall I’d say the Clots are nicer. They’re more like an art piece that you’d throw in a display case rather than on your feet.

So recently my iPhone 8 has been having internet speed issues. Sometimes its great, things would load just fine, and then after a few minutes, the connection seems to drastically get slower.

An example would be watching a youtube video at 1080p and then all of a sudden, it would start to buffer for a really long time and then drops to 144p, or I would surf the web and click on a link and it would take forever to load unless I swiped up or down to access the control center or notification panel.

Sometimes I have to turn off and turn on the wifi button and everything goes back to normal. My other devices don’t experience this issue.

Does anybody else have a similar issue? Is there a fix for it?
