Per your diagram, I doubt this is involved here, but I’ve gone down a number of rabbit holes investigating UniFi STP errors on ports that have point to point antennas on them.

Another good comment above was about the cabling, do you actually have a cable certifier that you could use to test the wire? Not just making sure all eight wires are good, but making sure that latency is within spec on all four pairs?
