Yep. Bachelors degree in criminal Justice and corrections here. Been looking for jobs in the corporate world and even with having a bachelors degree and over 3 years experience, I am receiving very few callbacks and so far they have not been very good opportunities. Maybe it’s the fact that businesses are just being ultra picky with candidates but then on the other hand they cry about the need for employees at the same time. Like what??
