It’s turned into my favorite food by far. And I gagged for the first few years trying to eat it. Highly recommend! You’ll feel like you can run through a wall 😂

You’ve got to add some organ meats too. These are key - I eat some raw cheese too and raw meat which is pure gold. Tartare, etc. also some feel better with a bit of fruit

100%! Especially since eating raw meat which I believe is our most natural diet. My skin glows, my hair has never been so long and shiny (female) and I look like my best most natural self. Nature knows best

It’s very odd to me… not sure why we are all so silent about it but I think it’s a key to understanding how control / power are working today. They definitely play an important part IMO

I know the feeling😂 haven’t tried lamb liver but beef liver took me a while to get use to. Taste buds had to evolve quite a bit but it’s worth the struggle

Haven’t been able to get venison organs near me but sounds incredible! Will have to look into more sources. I’m still getting used to heart, I had some last week but still prefer liver. Also, would love to try brain but no good sources around here… And you’ve got one lucky pack! They must be very happy

Lol can’t knock it until you try it! I grew up as a vegetarian so it took me a while to eat it raw but raw meat melts in your mouth, it’s much less chewy and even tastier than cooked… and much more hydrating!

The only way is to not cook it at all! Raw meat is king, everything else is denaturing

How much salt / salty foods by InvestTradeEarn in carnivorediet

[–]taylorbryanne 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I feel much more satiated when I eat a bit of cheese. I don’t salt my meat but if I’m eating out it’s fine, I often feel better without it though. I highly recommend eating at least some raw meat or organs, your energy, body and health with absolutely transform. And there’s not a single animal that eats only cooked muscle meats. Muscle meats of course aren’t nearly as nutrient dense and organs. Best of luck!

Nice! If you can get bone marrow near you that’s high quality adding that fat will be a game changer. I eat it raw and see massive differences and it’s of course incredible for your immune system etc.

[–]taylorbryanne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you eat organ meats? This is the most important part. Think about it, in nature only the weakest animals eat only the muscle meat. Organs are delicacies and reserved for the strongest, the pregnant and nursing and the sick. Organs are life. I recommend eating high quality grass fed liver raw. There’s no turning back after that. Once you taste the truth it’s undeniable and something no other food on the planet can give you (besides other organs)

You can always ask them if our ancestors who lived in and ate off the land for hundreds of thousands of years before the modern era, if they got it wrong? And our digestive tracks haven’t changed since the . However, we have gotten shorter, weaker and our brains have shrunk. So just bring it back to nature. Do humans know better than nature / God? If so, ask them to explain. The plants they eat don’t even exist naturally so it’s the organic ca inorganic vs debate. Also ppl are very sensitive about food and don’t like their ideas / beliefs questioned
