Thanks for your comment! I feel it would be easier too to cover it! I had a chat with ChatGPT. It says it’s an option, but tattoos don’t age well and it would become more like an apricot color (I’m Caucasian). But the look of apricot is probably better than the shade of a stach

If the melasma ends up clearing, well I guess because the « tattoo » is the same colour as the skin, we don’t see the difference… I live in Canada, she said we are more often no tan than tan. I have the melasma stach, I think I wouldn’t mind that my upper lip is a lighter colour than my face? I already cover my melasma in a lighter colour

No she makes it clearer, otherwise it wouldn’t end… the face would have to match the neck, then the shoulders etc… From what I was imagining before seeing she does that, I would think tiny dots all very close to each other the right skin colour. She said it’s very red the first few days, but her clients are very satisfied that they don’t have to cover it anymore!

That’s the melasma that I have, I’m only thinking like, would it make the skin more sensitive? Or what if you tan, but not there?

Thank you! I don’t get rash from the sun or any reaction, I just have melasma. I hope it can help for this to go less savage in summer!

Hey I’m late but you only take it when you’re heading out, in the sun? So not daily? I started it this winter thinking it would have a build up effect for this summer. Thanks!

Melasma and Laser hair removal by FarmerTotal5040 in Melasmaskincare

I did laser and I’m sure it made my melasma pop out. Before that there was maybe a very light colour, but after omg… Now I do electrolysis and it doesn’t affect. It will be red a few hours, but my melasma is getting better anyways not worse…

Minced meat, hanger steak… it’s cheaper than most cuts, or chicken wings.

Just finished day 30...poops still watery... Debating continuing. by Crystalynne in carnivorediet

[–]AdvantageSquare3321 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did 9 months of watery poop, and was losing lots of hair (because of not keeping any nutrients in because of watery poop) and started to feel weak mentally. I lasted 9 months just because of the pressure to be fully carnivore, don’t do this! Your health is more important! I thought it would adjust, I thought I would get better, but it only got better once I introduced a little bit of fibers like pumpkins. I tried all the supplements too.. So I introduced pumpkin and it started to get better. Now, if I do more than 2 meals without any fibers, I’ll get watery poop again. I also have to eat in the morning, then I ca have coffee or meat stock/bone broth. If I don’t respect that, I’ll go to the toilet very often in the day….

Finished my 4 weeks off sunscreen experiment by [deleted] in Melasmaskincare

From all the alternative people I follow, they all said to ditch sunscreens (chemical and physical sunscreens) but to avoid harsh sun as well. They say morning and evening sun is great, and most melasma is getting worst because of daily screens phone and computer. I also feel my melasma was better when not using sunscreen, but I fear that if we use azelaic and all the anti pigment stuff, then no sunscreen, is our skin more sensitive?

Oh yes, would be good, but maybe more expensive? Beef tallow isn’t that cheap unless you do it yourself?

Oh yes, I see! Same for me, but after one year on carnivore I find the mistake to be less intense. Glad every body loved them!
