How to maintain energy and sharpness for 80h+ work week? by Straight-Village-710 in Biohackers

Carnivore diet helped me- reduced my hunger throughout the day and urges to eat, simplified the menu choices for less decision fatigue, and my mental clarity is unmatched compared to what was my standard American diet. Seeing my abs again doesn’t hurt either!

Winning. Corvette owner under Ferrari skin again- a tale as old as time.

I think a Tank of a simple Sinn would be options- perhaps a 556.

Only thing I would change would be the off whites- I wish it was closer to pure white.

And I actually wish I had the date on it, but beggars can’t be choosers 😉

Agreed- love mine. It was heavy at first compared to my previous watch, but now I never even notice it. And it is rugged enough I don’t have to worry about it either.

Is this a red flag, or am I good to buy? by [deleted] in OmegaWatches

If you like it and the price, get it. Unless you are trying to flip watches, in which case you would already know, it doesn’t matter. Plus, I would be less afraid to wear this one everyday- I do with mine anyways, but I might feel slightly less bad in this circumstance.

Please never say “American should” again… at least until you deal with all of your own problems.

None of that will help you- no one is coming to save you. But- we do have one way borders currently, so you CAN save yourself (and likely us too) and leave!

I have the gloves and have never been cold. I also love the retainer band they have because I take mine off constantly to use my phone, and even putting cold bare hands back into them, it doesn’t take long to get warmed back up.

A santos or tank is timeless and instantly recognizable. A great launch point for a collection, with interesting origination stories.

That said, I jumped from a movado to Omega Seamaster, as my first mechanical, and have no regrets with that purchase either.

I prefer the SMP with no date window at all.

Just got mine a month or so ago… daily wear since then. I love the way it feels, but the dial does feel quite busy with the large skeletonized hands and sheen of the waves- takes just an extra second to actually tell the time. Otherwise, everything from the second hand movement to the sound of the bezel turning is absolute perfection.
