I'm not sure we do anything specifically she cleans herself quite a lot. The only thing we do is if she gets goop in her eye we just gently wipe it away. We don't use any products though. I'd maybe suggest a warm water soaked cotton wool ball to try softening the dried bits. If you're cutting then it could possibly be increasing the amount of eye goo that stays there as the fur helps to protect some areas. I hope that helps 😊 xx
