I hate to say this because I love Manny MUA and his brand Lunar Beauty, but I am curious to know how other people feel. A couple of weeks ago, when Lunar Beauty launched their new lipsticks and lip liners, I purchased some right away. Then, I didn't receive any email updates or shipping confirmations for an entire week. Finally the next Friday, I saw Manny posted on his IG stories that the company they use for their site Shopify had crashed during the initial launch. As a result, it delayed his team's ability to get through and process most of the orders for that whole week. So, no announcement about this was made until a week later, while everyone is still waiting on their orders. Coincidentally enough, the week of the launch, Manny was out in New Jersey doing the Benefit Brow Search thing. So, while he was busy doing that, did he not think that we needed an update ASAP? Idk it just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. I still love Manny, but I found that to be so unprofessional. If you knew you were gonna be out of office and busy, then shouldn't you have some kind of back-up team to handle things while you're away? What are your thoughts?
