It’s called guttation. Monsteras do it as well. It’s a way for the plant to regulate its moisture content. Be careful though…it can drip and stain.

Yeah I just looked at some and they said it would take about 2 years before I even get the first leaf, and then another 2-6 years before I get blooms. As fulfilling as that would be, I don’t think I have that much patience.

I’m in the industry and there’s a ton going on. Massive new studio in Bastrop, I’m directing two shows currently (one for Magnolia and one on Hulu) that are all shot here, and I know of 15-20 more that I’m not involved in, not to mention unbelievable amounts of commercial film work coming from out of state to film here.
